From New York to Brussels and from Cape Town to Madrid, to Amsterdam, Bologna, Athens... 15 international cities and more than a hundred restaurants entrust their kitchens to the creative hands of guest refugee chefs who will create extraordinary dishes from their country of origin within the context of the 2018 Refugee Food Festival, an initiative in its 3rd edition this year, aiming to change perceptions of refugees and allure “foodies” into a unique culinary experience.
