Police in Lesvos welcome tourists with ouzo and dance

An unexpected surprise was held for the first 190 Dutch tourists who arrived to the island of Lesvos, by the celebrating first flight of the Corendon Company.

On the road to Petra settlement, the buses carrying the unwitting tourists, were stopped…by the Police. There, in the middle of the street, a feast was prepared, with music, local food, ouzo and folklore dances.

The “incident” was orchestrated by “Alonia Holidays” agency in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor of Mithymnas, Ignati Chatzichristou.
