Thessaloniki in top 10 nightlife cities

Thessaloniki, the second largest Greek city, features among the globe’s top 10 nightlife cities, in National Geographic’s list. “Remember those playful old Grecian mosaics? The spirit's alive and well in the Syngrou/Valaoritou and Ladadika districts, not to mention all those beaches. Thessaloniki has more cafés per capita than any other European city”, writes NG. At the top of the list stands Dublin, Ireland, followed by Belgrade, Serbia, La Paz, Bolivia and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Then comes San Juan, Puerto Rico, Goa, India right after and Ibiza, Spain on the 7th place to be followed by Houston, Texas, Thessaloniki, Greece and Baku, Azerbaijan.
