Within the context of the European Mobility Week campaign, aiming to raise citizen’s awareness towards the use of public transportation, cycling and walking and encourage European cities to promote such modes of transport, Athens holds its 5th Athens Bike Festival, to be hosted at the City of Athens “Technopolis”, at Gazi. From 19 to 21 September visitors will have the opportunity to check the latest bike models, discuss with market experts and experience an alternative lifestyle through parallel activities that introduce a different “living” culture worth discovering. Entrance is free.
More than 30,000 visitors attended last year’s event, during which 71 exhibitors were on site presenting over 300 brands and services.
