Distinction for three Greek wineries

Three Greek wineries feature among the top 100 wineries of the world in the year list of Wine & Spirit Magazine. “Gaea”, “Estate Argyros” in Santorini and “Gerovassiliou” in Epanomi, Thessaloniki, have made it into the esteemed magazine’s collection of producers who demonstrated the most exceptional track records in the magazine blind tastings in 2014. “Our blind tasting panels assessed more than 14,500 new wine releases this year, a record number, making the selection of our Top 100 Wineries much more competitive”, says Wine & Spirits editor and publisher Joshua Greene.
The Top 100 Wineries will “serve” their highest-rated wines at the 11th Annual Top 100 Tasting Event to take place at City View at METREON in San Francisco, on Tuesday, October 21.
