Turkey withdraws notice to reserve Aegean airspace

Turkey has withdrawn a recent notice to Airmen, or NOTAM to reserve a large swathe of airspace over the Aegean Sea for military manoeuvres until the end of the year said Greek Foreign Ministry spokesman Constantinos Koutras.
Greece had complained about the move saying it would intrude into Greek airspace, interfere with traffic to two regional airports and affect two international air traffic routes. Greece's civil aviation authority had issued a navigational warning stating the Turkish NOTAM is null and void.
