Greek universities make it to top list

Four Greek universities are placed among the best universities in the world, reveals the QS’s new international university ranking table. QS University Rankings compare the world’s highest-performing universities according to the field of expertise. The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) ranked in 29th place in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Patras ranked among the top 100 and top 150 universities in the world, in the same subject area. The Athens University of Economics and Business features among the top 200 universities in the world in the field of Economic Studies and Business Administration. The best university in the world, standing on the very top of the QS list is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), followed by the Imperial College in London and the University of Cambridge, which both scored in second place. Harvard University comes next, followed by London College and Oxford University.
