A tourist found dead late Sunday night at Herakleion, Crete. The unfortunate man, an amateur slope-parachuter, went missing Sunday afternoon and his wife called the authorities. An operation was immediately organized, but ultimately the body of the man was located by a rescue team in a rugged ravine in the area between Lutra and Trypiti villages. The causes and circumstances of the tourist’s tragic death are subject to Greek’s Police Authorities investigation.
