Archaeological Museum of Herakleion reopens after seven years

Fully renovated, the Archaeological Museum of Herakleion, Crete, reopened this Tuesday after being closed for more than seven years for repair purposes. As announced on the official web page of the Ministry of Culture, the museums exhibition will be open to visitors daily, from 8am to 8pm.
The Archaeological Museum of Herakleion displays one of world’s most significant collections of Minoan art.
